Margaret Dupuis

An educator with over 30 years’ experience, I have been involved in online delivery development for the Province of Quebec for the last 16 years. It first began in 1999 with the initiation of the Distance Education and Community Network project, where I worked as coordinator and then Director in an effort to establish a working synchronous model for online delivery for three English School Boards.
