Executive Director, BC Ministry of Education
Tim is the Executive Director for Custom Programs and Projects at the Ministry of Education. He recently completed a Doctor of Education degree at the University of Calgary, focussing on leadership in e-learning. Computer education applications, including distributed learning, has been a consistent focus of his teaching, academic, and professional career since 1984.
