DL Administration is a complex business, and the knowledge and experience required to lead a DL school differs in many ways from administration in a neighbourhood school. As in most things, sharing knowledge and experiences can make it easier for DL administrators to understand the work and face new experiences, such as compliance audits. This session will focus on providing participants with examples from one school’s audit experience, as well as some practical tips for preparing and ensuring your school’s evidence is accessible to your audit team. If there is time, we will take the opportunity to network and open the conversation to general questions/concerns about life as a DL administrator.
