As a passionate learner, finding ways to engage, relate, build community, and support all students brought Danika to Blended Learning, and then into the Online Learning world. She has been a high school humanities teacher on Vancouver Island for the past 13 years in face to face, blended, and strictly online settings. Currently teaching at Navigate NIDES, she has been involved with the BC Educators Digital Learning PSA for five years, co-founded the BlendEd BC initiative, and is also currently in the first year of VIU's OLTD Program.
