Dr. Connie Blomgren is an Associate Professor at Athabasca University where she has designed and implemented professional learning modules to further Open Educational Resources and digital pedagogy (i.e. Blended and Online Learning and Teaching). The BOLT blog hosts teacher commentaries regarding OER,  technology-enhanced learning and participatory technologies. The Multiply K-12 OER media project is also found on the BOLT blog and numerous supports for teacher awareness and understanding of OER. She is also one of the founders of https://www.openteacherab.ca/ a website from the University of Lethbridge Curriculum Library that supports pre-service and in-service teachers in sharing their OER.
